How to Register and Complete the Kaduna State Nominal/Payroll Online Verification for Affected Workers
In line with the state (Kaduna) Government determination to ensure a clean Nominal Roll/Payroll across the state, we have identified some staff whose details are required for further scrutiny. Such staff whose names are attached herewith by MDAs, are requested to log on to HERE to complete their details and upload their certificates and other documents as follows:
(i) Copies of educational Qualification (starting with the highest).
(ii) Copy of Letter of 1st Appointment.
(iii)Copy of Notification of Confirmation (where applicable).
(iv)Copy of Notification of Last promotion (where applicable); and
(v)Copy of NYSC Certificate (where applicable)
2. The affected staff are to ensure that all relevant certificates are uploaded on or before Friday 28th May, 2021, please.
NOTE
Note that before you login to the portal:
Go to your MDA(Ministry you belong to) and check if you are among the affected staff in the list attached to the circular, or maybe the Ministry may photocopy the documents and send to the through the secretary of various Hospitals, schools and institutions.
Advisable inquire from your secretaries of where you work if he is in possession of the list before knowing the next step;
