Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Contract
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall management of cash loan business multiple social media, including but not limited to update, authority, customer acquisition, etc.
- Responsible for coordinating the brand marketing team to complete the social media work arrangement and achieve the goal of increasing fans and customers.
- Responsible for exploring the growth points of different social media platforms in different countries, including but not limited to Tiktok, Youtube, etc.
- Through planning activities, data analysis, content iteration and other means to improve the brand social media indicators.
- Through the creation of short video content to gain the new generation of fan base, broaden the customer channels and ability.
- Follow the leadership arrangement, complete the task assigned by the leader on time.
Job Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degre in relevant fields.
- With at least 5 years of experience in social media marketing, can promote rapid growth of metrics such as the number of followers.
- Familiar with global social media brands in the same industry, with unique understanding and excellent ability of brand marketing and brand communication.
- Have certain social relations with mainstream media, websites and brands in Nigeria and other countries, which is convenient for business cooperation and development.
- Strong creativity, team management and cross-functional communication skills.
- Have a sensitive nose for market hot spots.
- Strong execution, hard work, constantly challenge themselves.
Salary
N100,000 – N170,000 monthly.

Job Title: Training Quality Inspector
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Check whether the training of each department is carried out according to the plan.
- Check whether all aspects of the training are implemented in place, how the effect is, whether the standards and requirements are met.
- Receive the next monthly training plan from each department.
- Develop a training quality inspection plan for the next month.
- On-site inspection to see if training has been carried out as planned.
- Observe and rate the instructor’s familiarity with the training content.
- Grade the PPT of training materials.
- Give relevant suggestions for Training improvement.
- Rate the trainer’s application of skills.
Qualifications
- HND / B.Sc holders only.
- 1 – 2 years work experience.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Good knowledge of MS offices and database.
Salary
N70,000 monthly

Job Title: Tax Accountant
Location: Nigeria

Job Description / Principal Accountabilities
- Compute and calculate all taxes, levies, and deductions such as WHT, VAT, PAYE, etc. and remit to the appropriate regulatory authority;
- Respond to tax and compliance queries from regulatory authorities;
- Ensure compliance with statutory monthly and annual filing due dates
- Review contracts, agreements, etc. to ensure they are tax compliant;
- Prepare tax reports, forecasts, and budgets with external tax advisors;
- Monitor and analyze proposed and newly enacted tax legislation and regulations impacting us;
- Coordinate with in-house tax team and external tax consultant and provide tax advice to new businesses;
- Collaborate with finance and tax colleagues around the world to enhance the Group’s global tax compliance and planning.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Law / other related fields with 2 – 3 years relevant work experience.
- Analytical, strategic mindset with strong numerical skills
- Good MS office skills, especially MS Excel.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.

Job Title: Reconciliation Officer
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Ensure daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation of all transactions and provide reconciliation reports to Supervisor
- Ensure quick resolution of reconciliation issues when they arise
- Responsible for collecting offline repayment records of customers, matching and recording with bank statements
- Responsible for communicating with the bank to find customer information that did not match the bill
- Responsible for answering customers repayment questions and proposing optimization suggestions to the product department.
- Ensure the accuracy of all daily settlements from payment partners, ensuring value is transferred to the company’s account promptly and quick resolution on settlement issues that may arise.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / Master’s Degree qualification with 0 – 2 years work experience.
Salary
N60,000 – N70,000 / month.
