Job Title: POS Aggregator Supervisor

Locations: Abuja, Kwara, Kano, Katsina, Kaduna, Gombe, Adamawa, Kogi, Kebbi, Nasarawa, Minna – Niger, Benue, Jos – Plateau, Sokoto, Taraba, and Zamfara

Job Summary

  • We are looking for experienced POS Aggregator Supervisorswho are passionate about our mission to drive financial inclusion in Africa.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identification and onboarding of new aggregators of other platforms.
  • Monitoring of all aggregators and their sub-agents’ performances.
  • Engagement of aggregators to ensure resolution of issues, complaints and follow through to ensure that issues are resolved urgently.
  • Terminal Management: Ensure that terminals are deployed to the right aggregators with the highest potential for viability.
  • Follow through on terminal deployment to ensure that only the right agents have terminals and they are put to use as soon as they are deployed to aggregators.
  • Leverage on communication platforms and groups to share updates, learning tips, and new product offerings to aggregators.

Person Specification

  • Minimum of OND in any related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a POS Aggregator, Marketer or Sales Officer in any financial institution.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Sound knowledge of financial services and POS deployment processes.

Description

  • We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Ikeja office. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points and maintaining extensive product knowledge.
  • The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound customer communications – Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests and issues.
  • Consult on customer success – Advise customers on how to successfully leverage the product/service based on their unique needs.
  • Maintain working product knowledge – Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date and strategic.
  • Track interactions in CRM – Record customers interactions in internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.
  • Assist customers with any queries they may have via calls, email, chat and/or social media
  • Represent the brand in a professional and friendly manner
  • Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, escalating issues to internal teams as appropriate
  • Demonstrate ownership in documenting and resolving customer issues
  • Ability to multi task on assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 1+years proven experience in supporting client success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of financial services and smartphone apps.

Remuneration

  • Basic Pay – N50,000 per month.
  • KPI – N20,000
